A Message From Veg-All




 Actually, this is a message specifically from the Veg-All carrots.  They say, “We don’t taste bad at all! 😛”

I think Veg-All wants to have a word also.  I think it would like to be acknowledged for making a great vegetable filling in a yummy chicken pot pie. 

Just kidding, of course.  I don’t really think that canned vegetables have messages to share. ðŸŦĒ I’m not quite that crazy. ðŸĪŠ I have never cared for cooked carrots and normally pick them out of things but last night, I felt the need to concede and admit to myself that the carrots in Veg-All aren’t really that bad when eaten in things like soup or chicken pot pie.

Fast Food

How fitting that my first real post for this blog is about fast food.  I know it has nothing to do with my kitchen but it is about food.  I’m here at Raising Cane’s while waiting for an oil change.  It beats just sitting in the waiting room at the shop, and I hadn’t eaten anything yet today.  As my aunt once said, “I would rather be fat and happy than not enjoy what I want to eat.”  Life is short.
